Tier I: The Plate Reset
$149.00

This option is for self-starters who seek to assess their current nutrition and goals through a 45 minute conference.

The Plate Reset includes:

  • A 45 minute Google Meet conference

  • Assessment of current nutrition

    • A 3-day food log will be required 24 hours prior to the call

  • Discussion of strategies to address any nutrition concerns

  • Goal setting for nutrition, movement, sleep, and other habits

  • Delivery of macronutrient goal recommendations within 72 hours of the call.

  • If after The Plate Reset you sign up for the Moderation Method or 1:1 Coaching within 45 days of the initial purchase, you will receive $20 off of the Moderation Method or 20% off of the first month of 1:1 Coaching.

Tier II: The Moderation Method
$299.00

This option is for those who would like to dig deeper into their nutrition and gain a better understanding of macros with layered accountability.

The Moderation Method includes:

  • An introductory 60 minute Google Meet conference

  • Assessment of current nutrition

    • A 3-day food log will be required 24 hours prior to the call

  • Discussion of strategies to address any nutrition concerns

  • Goal setting for nutrition, movement, sleep, and other habits

  • Delivery of a customized meal plan with your food preferences + an example of a day of eating logged in My Fitness Pal within 72 hours of the call.

  • Two follow up 30 minute Google Meet conferences scheduled within 8 weeks of the first call to address any concerns and make any macronutrient adjustments based on progress.

Tier III: Accountability Coaching
$399.00 every month

This option is for those who would like 1:1 daily accountability coaching. This is the recommended way to create behavior change and address any behaviors that are impeding weight loss. This option requires a minimum commitment of three months.

Accountability Coaching includes:

  • An introductory 60 minute Google Meet conference

  • Assessment of current nutrition

    • A 3-day food log will be required 24 hours prior to the call

  • Discussion of daily habits and a deep dive into microhabits and environmental influences which might be a barrier to weight loss.

  • Delivery of a customized meal plan with your food preferences + an example of a day of eating logged in My Fitness Pal within 72 hours of the call.

  • Two 30 minute monthly Google Meet conferences

  • Accountability includes designated texting times up to 2 hours per week with a schedule determined by client/coach

  • This option is for those who are serious about changing their habits, and are seeking weight loss and body composition changes.

  • This form of accountability is unmatched and working through the discomfort of changing habits requires vulnerability.

  • We will be taking measurements bi-weekly to ensure we have metrics beyond the scale.

  • Depending on where clients are in their journey, the changes they are seeking could take longer than they anticipate. We will discuss realistic goal setting on the first call to ensure the client is in a readiness phase.

I am a 40 year old mother of two and military spouse. I am so glad you are here! I am dedicated to helping men and women of all ages overcome habits that are barriers to weight loss and also walking beside them to educate them about nutrition and creating sustainable changes. I do not believe in strict diets; I believe in nourishing your body in a way that honors your food preferences while eating appropriate portions for your goals. Change is possible if you are open to the the discomfort that comes with being vulnerable and doing things differently than you have in the past!
